J4 omecomin the unnac L of the footUl Irene Faircloth, Senior Valinda Thomas, Junior School Spirit Week, October 5 through 9, highlighted by the P.H.S. Homecoming game, began with much enthusiasm.Posters distributed throughout the hall, Blue- White Day, and a pep rally helped to boost spirit for the upcoming game. The homecoming court, selected by the football players, waited anxiously for the big night. The time finally arrived for the half-time activities sponsored by the senior class. Riding in convertibles, the court was presented to the student body. The climax of the week was the crowning of the new homecoming queen.
