This need is clearly illustrated by the armed services in their requirements for recruits. In this highly competitive society in which we now live, it is most important that we prepare ourselves to meet competition. Our homes, churches, and our schools must exert every effort to help the youth of today; and our youth must be receptive to these efforts. On the preceding pages of this book we viewed the setting of our school story.
