Our Freshmen year went very fast. We had initiations, class parties under the direction of Mrs. A. B. Bergman, class adviser, and of course some school work to keep us busy. Then, oh joy, we were Sophomoresg a thing we hadnit thought possible. We were swept into all the activities such as the minstrel and operetta. VVe got acquainted with all the students from Patton Township. We held a dance and later held a party under the direction of Mrs. D. Ald- rich and Mr. VVm. M. Smith, our class advisers.- There was much excitement toward the end of the year when we ordered our rings. Thenl school was out. Our Junior year brought with it a whirlwind of activities. VVe held Junior dances, sold maga- zines, and sold maroon and white hats with loco- motives on them to Hnance our Prom under the direction ot Mr. XV. Kane our class adviser. VV e held our prom at the Edgewood Country Club and Ben Boden and his orchestra furnished the music. VVe contributed to the field of sports, having 9 football and 7 basketball players on these teams. We presented the play aQuiet Pleaselv in which lean Mueller and Paul Hay had the lead- ing parts. Then spring came and vacation started again. At last our Senior year rolled around with parties, dances, our play, selling refreshments, under the leadership of our class adviser Miss B. Keefer, sponsering our Annual, presenting our Assemblies, raising money for our gift to the High School, and participating in the sports. Then came the grand finale: the prom, school picnic, Baccalaureate, and Commence- ment. Thirteen MW
