Mr. C. A. Bair MB. C. A. BAIR From the time that he became our Super- vising Principal, four years ago, Mr. C. A. Bair has been an asset to our School system. He has been a patient and interested counselor. Pre- vious to his coming here, Mr. Bair, was with Hickory Township, Mercer County, for six years and served as Elementary Supervisor and Junior High Principal at Turtle Creek Public Schools. Fails came to Pitcairn high school in 1928 as a Biology and Mathematics Teacher. In 1932 he became Principal of the High School and since that time has aided students to take the suited course of study and has given individual aid to students who ask for it. Mr. Fails has taught at Moon Township, Wilkeiis Township, and VVestmont Upper-Yoder High School in Johnstown.
