Text from Pages 1 - 176 of the 1969 volume:

feV 7 V • ' V c wiKfS What is a face? Most often, the face is considered to be the front of tire liead. A forelread, eyes, nose, and mouth construct the face. Each person’s face is different because of the variation of these facial elements. Because of these variations, people are able to recognize each other. Pisgah has many faces. What elements do they contain? They are constructed of person¬ ality, ability, attitude, talent, interests, feelings. Difficult to describe and ever-changing, they are all a part of the complex collage that is Pisgah-it’s personality, its fine reputation, its lifeline. The faces of Pisgah are very special. Each face is different and each contributes much. The Many Faces of Pisgah are seen in the halls, on the football field, in the classrooms, at various club functions, on the buses, at the ball games, in the lunch room. The Many Faces of Pisgah are Active. Interested. Sad. Intelligent. Happy. Funny. Handsome. The Faces of Pisgah show the glow of pride pride in Pisgah the finest school in the state. And this pride is evident in every class¬ room on campus, whether it be biology, P.E., or chemistry, at every ballgame and at every assembly. The Many Faces of Pisgah are just GRRRR-eat! It is witli great pleasure that we, the Annual Staff of Pisgah Senior High School, dedicate the third edition of the Pisgah- teer to Mrs. Barbara Bolden in appreciation of the years of service she has given as a teacher. She is well liked by the students and faculty. Mrs. Bolden has done much for the students in physical education, biology, and family life. Also, Mrs. Bolden plays an important role as Junior Class sponsor. Much of her time is given in preparation of the prom. Because of the admiration she so deserves, we dedicate this, the 1969 Pisgahteer in honor of Mrs. Barbara Bolden. Deoicalion May 1 have your attention please.
