FRENCH CLUB The French Club is a group of industrious students who are developing an interest in the French-speaking people by studying their language and customs. The BRUIN TRAIL staff has a very important job in Bear Country. Many hours of work and planning go into each issue of the paper which is eagerly awaited by the students. LATIN CLUB The officers are David Conard, president; Martha Barkby, sergeant-at-arms; Joy Holland, treasurer; Sandra Brackett, vice-president; Butch Willard, secretary; and Mr. Teague, sponsor. The Pisgah Senior High School Latin Club is sponsored by Mr. Jarvis Teague. The purpose of the club is to interest and acquaint students with Roman culture and its relationship to our culture. They accomplish this by learning the Junior Clas¬ sical League motto and creed, by bulletin boards, and by slave day, costumes, and plays.
