High students are fully justified in attributing the high standards of educational opportunity in the Piqua public schools to the five men who comprise the Board of Education. It is through their wise leadership and capable guidance that we, graduates and prospective citizens, are able to meet the future well prepared. Board members keenly aware of their responsibility to the city, and especial- ly to its youth spend much time deciding upon school policies and procedures, trying always to provide the best available textbooks, equipment, buildings, and teachers.
