As superintendent, Mr. Sims is respected through- out the community as a thoughful and forward- looking leader. His broad interests, his deep desire to better the schools and their services, and his sincere liking for young people make MR. C. M. SIMS SUPERINTENDENT or PIQUA,S PUBLIC SCHOOLS him a school official of whom Piqua students are very proud. Mr. Winter is known for his friendliness and ready interest in all phases of school life. His energy and enthusiasm never failg he is never too tired for a conference with a student, parent, or teacher.
