STUDYING VOCATIONAL AGRICULTURE THE NATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR BOYS At Pink Hill School, vocational agriculture not only helps boys become established in farming, but it seeks to prepare boys for careers in agriculture. Each year there are 15, 000 opportunities for college graduates with agricultural degrees and only about 7,000 graduates to meet this need. Future Farmers in the FFA are taught to practice brotherhood and to fulfill responsi- bilities by aiding local people. This chapter of the FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA has proved to be one of the most outstanding recorded at Pink Hill School. These boys have placed high in county and state events, and they have earned the respect of the entire student body because of their worthwhile projects. 34
