Good conversation as well as good food makes lunchtime a favorite occasion. Linda Sand- erson, Judy Gail Blizzard, Eleanor Hill, and Sandra Sanderson enjoy this time of the school day. A familiar silhouette is this one that may be seen daily as students take advantage of a few quiet moments alone. Another schoolday terminates and the stairways and halls immediately become the center of congestion. Joan Noble scurries across the school yard in an effort to beat that one minute bell be- fore class convenes.

Mike Pickett and Haywood Stroud wait for the gym doors to open, One class or another is always searching for information. Scotty Wiley evidently has found an interesting article on hunting in his favorite magazine WILDLIFE. 10 Daily Activities Give Continuity to School Life School life is composed of many moods and many moments that we share with our fellow students. We yell at pep rallies and athletic events; we enjoy seeing at homecoming our gradu- ated friends; we tred to and fro with an armful of books which are to be used in writing those inevitable term papers; we spend a happy half hour in the cafeteria with friends; we pass a quiet moment at the end of the hall with the favorite person of the moment. These are the moments that we share and enjoy here at Pink Hill High School. The study of leaves and stems captivates the curiosity of Larry Howard and Anne Strickland.

Chatting in the halls and at lockers before and during school is typical for many of the students at Pink Hill. Alice Heath and Jerry Turner enjoy a conversation. The mad rush between classes will never be over for one period has no sooner begun than the bell tings for it to end and the chase is on again. Typical School Life Has Varied Activities School affords time for many things - chats in the hall, creativity through writing, modeling clothes made in class, a refreshing pause at recess, and a pon- dering mind through quiet study in the library. We al- so find time to be kind and thoughtful to others. First recess means it's time to go to the ag shop to get everyone's favorite refreshment, a drink and nab,
