HIS TOR Y This year the History department has continued its tradition of educating students in the various areas of history as well as in the fundamentals of comprehension. The department believes that history is a systematic rendition of the past which enables students to study and to make anahftical judgements as to causes and effects. This year the number of course available to Sophomores was increased, enabling them to study more areas of History. The goal of the department is to teach students to read, write, and do research. l.
