HISTORY uses the snow at Stowe, but not to ski, Ross Miesem, who drives on two wheels to save wear and tear on his tires, Ted Moo-o-ok, Jeff Ruddy, the harried harrier, Ivy Art Scutro, Bill Wer- theimer, who plays football, Dave Wheaton, who dates girls with boys names, Pete Wiley, who has a floor plan for a nunnery, and Bart If the boys at Flinn's could only see me now! Wood. Reigning as lords of the Middle School, they were ioined by Wes Ackley, who drives his car with a blue key, John Hood, of athletic fame, and Smokey Stover, the first serious student to enter since the first grade. With the move to the Upper School, the number was increased with the arrival of Brad Beldon, Nantucket Hotel Wrecker, Jim Hey, Hey Kraiu- ski Boskey, Paul Boyer, whose claim to fame is having dated Dhuanne Schmitz in the third grade, Pete Coughlan, who has more middle names than you can shake a shilaley at, Howard Benedict Arnold Danzig, Bill Chief Divot- Digger Ellis, Henry English, Pingry's answer to Gene Krupa, Ed Griepenkerl and Joe Helyar, our one-two punch, Jay Keep up the Reputa- tion! Hughes, Bill Krueger, neatest boy in the class, Bill Low, who pedals his Volkswagon to school every day, Dave MacNeil, the progres- sive Princetonian, Jim Petrie, who gets a kick out of driving, Barry Ruth, the Eagle Scout who won't say what he's scouting, Rick Schumann, Pingry's answer to Phil Hill, John Sloboda, our human test tube, Sabin Snow, an expert at marbles, Don Up with the Little People! West, and Pete Wood, Mad's Michaelangelo. In the Fourth Form we were ioined by Alan Brewster, author of that current best-seller, The Joys of Owning a Corvette and Not Driving It, Bob Chittenden, our delegate to the Third Reich, Tom Carlos Montoya Colchie, John Tom Collins, Bob Fitzgibbons, who knows a cool short cut through a rock garden, and Mike Wyman, our human exclamation point. We went into the Fifth Form ready for anything, which is precisely what we got in the persons of Jim Campbell, Pingry's answer to the Marlboro Man, and Bar- ry Cyrano Wagar.
