I Aggressiveness implemented to young teom I would like to create o teom that is unselfish, that wants to win and ploy as a team, expressed new head coach Doug Smith. Although the Potriots had only one retur- ning player, Ray Schuchort, the Potriots put it together and fulfilled Smith's philosophy. Cutting the teom from the SO prospective players to 12 by October 15, Smith began one to two hour practices after school. Players were drilled in the fundamentals. Defensive strategy on screening and re- bounding, and offensive skills in shooting were key foctors in practice.
