N MR. MONTALDI To Mr. Montaldi, our advisor, science teacher, and friend, we the Senior class of 1960 dedicate this edition of the Pine Knot. We want to thank you for all the work you have done in making us familiar with what we will do as adults, after graduating from Pine Valley Central. We are grateful for all you have pulled our class through. Not only the class, but as individuals each of us that has been in your science classes truly appreciates all the time you spent pulling teeth Cas you call ith! Board of Education Our Board of Education members, equipped with broadmindedness, a sense of responsibility, and a sincere desire to help young people, have enacted the role of Path- finders as they blazed new paths for us students. We are the only students in Chautauqua County benefiting from a natatorium. This year a special class was added to the junior high curriculum. More teachers have been added to meet the instruction needs of an increased number of students. New buses have been purchased to keep transportation problems to a minimum. Also, a new station wagon was added which is used for driver education. Our school, of which we are so proud, is what it is, chiefly through the unified efforts of the Board of Education members-our Pathfinders .
