Our scrapbook for this year shows that we've had a full year of activities. On November 13, we held a dance which was planned and carried our on a superstitious theme. Next, we began selling cards! Our total-sales hit an all time high, and the profit we made certainly helped our bankbook. Among other activities, the junior Class sold candy and ice cream,as well as basketball booster shields during january and February. In April, we were very busy with a dance and our play. All in all, our year has been a great success and has certainly helped to prepare us for A Year from Now to which we look forward with much enthusiasm. Row One P. Weaver, C. Estus, S. Clark, S. We Sophomores started off the year by raising money by selling pens. Any person passing through the hall would invariably be hailed by some sophomore querying, Do ya' wanta' buy a pen? Many people did buy which greatly boosted our treasury. Our dance, The Sweetheart Swing, held on February 19, was well attended by many gay and happy dancers. Now we are looking with great anticipation toward our Junior year, especially to the time when we will receive our Senior rings. I And so we sound the clarion call, Come on Sophomores, and 'Lets Look Ahead' to improved scholarship, and greater participation in all class activities.
