The non-conference gomes to Cass Lake and Bertha and one conference game to Pequot. The men who cure out showed all the soirit the coaches could hooe“fos Although the team was one of the smallest teams in the conference, they had courage ;md the desire to fight .and win for their school.Three of the team made all-conference t.iis year. Two of the men were linenen and one backfield. They were Gene Kinkel Bill Ellis, end Dwight Riley. All four home games were played under the lights for the first time. The co—captains were Gene Einkel and Eldon Hopoer. I
