Jones who served as trustee of our school from April 6, 1948, until his death on April 22, 1958. He was known to everyone as a friend, as a leader in his community and a man devoted to principles of right and the betterment of his family and those with whom he associated. 1 believe we who knew him and were his friends and those of his community, recognize that we have lost a true friend. - fe a CONGRATULATIONS, SENIORS OF 1959 The School year of 1958-1959 has been one of great accomplishment by the Senior Class. We think that helping to make better and happier homes, now and in the future, is one of the most important things that future homemakers can do to promote our homes to better living. The Pine Grove Chapter of the Future Homemakers of America has been most active in the year '58-'59. Early in the year, we established our aims for the future. Some of our events include selling vanilla flavoring to raise funds for the chapter, sponsoring the annual F. H. A. Valentine Party, having refreshments after each meet- ing and sending President-Elect and another delegate to the annual state convention. The Club also sponsored a Tiny Tots Parade. We think that our F. H. A. has been most successful in achieving our aims this year. putune 'pcvunenA s4t tertc z Learning to do Doing to learn Earning to live Living to serve President.............FELTON DAUGHERTY Vice President--------LUTHER TOMLINSON Secretary........................DAVID FIELDS Treasurer................................BILLY EDMONDSON Reporter......................CHARLES LANE Sentinel......................GEORGE BROWN Advisor----------MR.
