A member of the Oregon Supreme Court summed up in these few words the challenge that goes out to the youth of today to learn the laws of his land and to appreciate his heritage of freedom. Every man must learn to govern himself. Freedom honors law, not force. The roots of our liberty are in the law. It is not enough to be lawabidingg we must impress upon everyone the importance of 'all citizens being responsible and law- abiding. America needs you. Frank R.
