HO E ECONO ICS Home economics is a ninth grade course which offers experience in many aspects of homemaking - consumer education and management, food and nutrition, household furnishing, clothing and textiles, personal and hmnan development, family relationships, and career orientation. Students make articles of clothing in class, and prepare meals and snacks. A total class enrollment of 147 students consists of 37 young men. 000 UPA T10 AL I FQRMA T10 The occupational information course is designed to help students become aware of and prepared for the world of work. Students conduct interviews, perform occupational plays and fill out various job applications. Charlene Raynor uses electric saw while making napkin holder. AGRICULTURE Agriculture I is an introductory course to job occupations in agriculture and agriculture related areas. Students are exposed to basic shop skills and the use of laboratory equipment and are required to complete two woodworking projects and one supervised occupational experience .
