Mr. Robb enjoys chaperoning the senior class trip of 1980. The Pyramid Staff of 1979-80 is pleased to announce that the 1980 yearbook, ‘“‘Pieces of Eighty,” is dedicated to Mr. Sam Robb. Mr. Robb graduated from Coul- terville High School in 1963. He continued his education after high school at Southern Illinois Univer- sity Carbondale. In 1968, with a B.S. in Agricultural Education he graduated from SIU-C. He then taught for two years, 1968-70 in Kewanee, Illinois and for three years at Mt. Carmel, Illinois. During that time he was also fur- thering his education, again at SIU-C, to gain an M.S. in Agricul- tural Industries, he graduated with this in 1975. In July of 1973 Mr. Robb moved to Pinckneyville where he has taught agriculture and sponsored FFA at PCHS. Mr. Robb has been an FFA sponsor for ten years. He intends to continue teaching agri- culture on the high school level. He truly enjoys the subject, but even more — he enjoys working with his students. The yearbook staff, along with many others, feel that Mr. Robb is a very dedicated teacher and cares greatly about the education of his students. We are honored to have such a dedicated teacher at Pinckneyville Community High School and hope he will be here for years to come. Dedication 3
