Pinckneyville Community High School --many memories will be thought of when that name is mentioned. When we see this school we will think of the many hours spent in the halls and classrooms. We will think of the many football and basketball games, especially the year we won the State Tournament in basketball. We, the Seniors, have passed from Sep- nhl... tember to May of our last high school year. Now the time has come when we must leave the doors of PCHS with our diplomas in our hands, never to return as students. Here will lie our dearest memories. The Seniors pause to say good-bye to dear old PCI-IS, and good luck to the students who are yet to pass through the swinging doors of our Alma Mater.

DEDICATIO Coach Six boys and a school-six boys for a school. United, steady, working, striving toward one goal-the honor of that school. Proudly we, the Class of '49, salute you. To you, The Illinois State Champion Basketball Team of 1948, we dedicate this annual. We dedicate it to you, our boys, for your clean sportsmanship, for your fine scholastic standards, and for your high code of morals. You have justified our faith in a tra- dition.
