Y Nostalgia Roars In Pikesville Pikesville students were taken back fifty years as Novem- ber 30, 1973 was designated Roaring 20's day. Boys shed their jeans to become gangsters as they wore pin striped suits, wide brimmed hats, and patent leather shoes, while the girls achieved the flapper look with short fringed dresses, feathers, and beads. Two assemblies helped to set the mood as students and faculty entertained with skits and songs from the 20's. With the participation of a great number of the student body and faculty, Roaring 20's day proved to be a roaring success.
