Naomi Wolff and Judi Freinberg review their lines before the presenta- tion of the play, L'Avare. French Club Survives After Mr. Birnbaum came to the French Club's rescue as they searched for an advisor, the members began their activities with an innovative speaker from the French 2 embassy. The play, L'Avare, and a script from a French 5 radio program were presented at scheduled meetings. Latin Club Revived This year the Latin Club returned to Pikesville and enjoyed an active year. Their main objective, according to president Ella Bronstein, was to explore the varied cultures of Greece and Italy. They dined at the Icarus and Athenian, Greek restaurants, and at Sabatino's, an Italian restaurant. A visit to the Baltimore Museum of Art enlightened the club members to the advancement of the Creek and Roman cultures. A field trip to the Italian embassy broad- ened their scope of modern and ancient Italy. Pig Latin is the only kind I know LATIN CLUB: 7st row - DiPasquale, M. Weinberg, 2nd row -W. Jacobs, S.
