Pikesville Takes The Season ln Stride After only three years of county competition, the Varsity Cross Country team posted a respectable 7-5 record. The IV team had a disappointing 3-8 record, although individual improvement was noticeable all season. Varsity lndoor Track had a fine 4-1 season with school marks set by Dave Samuelson in the 60 yd. dash and Matt Dillon in the 600 yd. run. Mark Brecher, Mark Snyderman, and Larry Kahn also posted new records. The lV ended their season with 2 wins and 2 losses. The Outdoor Track team finished with a disappointing 7-10 record. Individual accomplishments included Mark Snyderman who broke 2 of the 3 school records, while Dave Lopatin broke the other. The JV had an excellent 10-6 season which Coach Trivane says will put him in fine shape for next year. Melvin Robinson glides to victory.
