Diminutive size, tough competition, injuries, lack of experience, and bad luck characterized Pikesville's Varsity Soccer Team. The squad played well and with full effort. Despite their inability to show a winning record the team fought their opponents in several close battles, while Var- sity Boosters Tony Hunt and Eddie Ginsberg received All County honors. This year's l.V. Soccer season proved to be encouraging. The team had a victorious season, winning 5 out of 8 games. Pikesville students can look forward to a more suc- cessful season next year when many of the l.V. and Varsity boosters return with a year's experience behind them. l.V. SOCCER: lst row - R.
