The Class Will of 1951 We, the graduating class of 1951, being of sound body and sound C?l mind, do hereby declare and ordain this to be our last will and testament. To the faculty: Mr. Edwards-a mechanical man to run all his errads for him. Miss Myers-a box of Christmas cards and a dime to pay for overdue books. Mr. Geyer-a different Ford for each month of the year. Mrs. Brown-a hall to walk down that people don't bump into her in their hurry. Mr. Reese-the right to make the 23rd Amendment. Mrs. Northcott-a book of excuses to skip typing class for her students to refer to next year. Mr. White-a four foot desk refrigerator for his food supplies. Miss Reed-a film library in old Pike High. Mr. Daniels-a room in a rest home so he can rest his nerves after teaching the drivers training course for the past three years. Mrs. Hack-a high school chorus that is outfitted with choir robes. Mr. Callahan-an extra cousin which will always be available as a baby-sitter. Mrs. Frist-a special garage to put Wher' Crosley in. Mr. Morgan-all the assignments that we never seemed to get around to handing in to him. Mrs. Teter-bells for all her wandering children so she can keep track of them. To the student body:- Ellen Brooks wills her quiet disposition to Alice Cozad. Louise Harvey wills her ability to make up her mind as to which man she wants and make the right decision to Peggy Towns. Bill Hayden wills his ability to keep out of trouble to George McCloud who, he thinks, will need it. Anita Dowling wills her hospital bed, nurses, and anesthetist with the brown eyes at St Vincent Hospital to any girl that may need them next year. Edgar Cottingham wills a room full of roses to Mrs. Hack. Etta Marie Burton wills her job in the library to any book-wonm. Rosie Towns wills her ability to 'mess upn two perfectly good twin shirts to Dorothy Hess. May she have better luck. Dale Hollingsworth wills his ability to get along with the Zionsville girls to Alan Cordill who is suffering from a bad case of Schmidt Phobia. Barbara Bugg wills her ability to consume two lunches plus eveqyone else's contributions and still be hungry to the Jacoby twins. While on the subject of base-ball, we are honored to have our great city of New Augusta playing host to the celebrated professional base-ball player, Jane Engeler. She is passing through on her way to the great athletic banquet held in Lostfork, California. Here is a bit of news on the side-John Snyder, the fifth horsemen of Notre Dame, and his wife Rosie Towns will be expected at the banquet ..... FLASH- Edgar Cottingham and his fearless courageous partner, Charlotte Hardin, have returned by boat from the darkest wiles of Africa. Their big-game hunt was a Whowlingn success. Hats off to them!! .... The scientific world is aglow tonight with admiration for two famous young scientists, Jim Guilfoil and Dale Hollingsworth. They have just invented the X-Bomb, 20 times more powerful than the H-Bomb .... Hold on folks--a news dispatch runner, Dwaine Bell, has just come panting in with sensational news. Anita Dowling, the faithful missionary in Tibet, and her business manager, Barbara Lopossa, are returning home after an absence of ten years ..... Alice Wade, the New York socialite, will entertain a large group of politicians next month. Among them will be the 'Golden H ired Boyn of the Republican party, Bill Hayden ..... Now on the domestic side-The Brookhardt Finishing School in the East is gaining fame through the efficiency and inventive power of its co-owners, Ellen Brooks and Mary Bernhardt. They have perfected a thread-less sewing machine. . . . Louise Harvey and her silver display will arrive here soon for exhibition. The priceless collection, estimated at over a million dollars, was begun with one teaspoon back in her high-school days .... Etta Burton, the literary critic, has collapsed with libraryitis. Her condition is not critical, however. we wish her a speedy recovery! .... Sue Duegan has just been appointed the head of Camp Atterbury. Luck to her on this meritorious assignment .....
