The Juniors sponsor the banquet and dance which are held to honor the Seniors. They spend much time and no little thought in planning elaborate decorations and in arrang- ing an attractive program for this gala occasion. The trip which is also arranged for the Seniors is another Junior responsibility as well as pleasure. In order to have money for these 'do'sN the Juniors hold food sales give plays, and sponsor dances and parties. The Junior Class started out the new year with a bang by sponsoring a party on January 12th. This party was to make money and the entire high school group was invited. A very pleasant evening was spent danc- ing by music from a Juke box. The refreshments of punch and cookies were enjoyed by all. On March 5rd we sponsored a food sale in Clarksville and Eolia. The proceeds from this sale went into the fund for a Senior trip and banquet. The Juniors were very proud to take part in the Christmas program.
