The regional meeting was the first event this year. It was held at Saginaw Arthur Hill. All members were welcome to attend. The F. H.A. enjoyed an interesting trip to the Sugar Beet Factory at Sebewaing. For money making projects we had a bake sale and the baby beauty contest. We also served at the Athletic Banquet. For Christmas we collected clothing for a needy family. We had two parties with the F. F. A. began the year with 30 members. We elected the following officers: Pres- ident, Nelson Binderg Secretary, Don Kroppg Treasurer, Don Born, Vice President, Gerald Decker, Reporter, Gerald Edlerg Sentinel, Ronald Wichert. Several members showed crop and livestock projects at the Huron County Fair. We choose a parliamentary procedure team which competed in the district contest at Elkton. The team won a Sliver award. Tommy Schafer and Clifford Buschlen attended the state convention as delegates. Gerald Decker and Nelson Binder were elected as State farmers. We elected officers for next year as follows: President, Clifford Buschleg Vice President, Bob Baur, Secretary, Kenneth Lichtg Treasurer, Robert Ziel, Sentinel, Ronald Wichert, Re- porter, Morris Bechler.
