During lhe period of Jrime Thai he has been associ- ared wilh lrhe schools ol Piedmonf as super- in+enden+ and as principal of ihe high school, he has been a cons+ruc+ive leader and organ- izer, having compleled an ambiiious building program for lhe senior and iunior high schools and'for lhe lhree elemenfary schools. A lrue friend oi Jrhe young people, and one wifh enlhusiasm for youfh and ils problems, he has always been inieresied in eslablishing high ideals.
