HOMECOMING ,,,,, ff gg ll, 3 The annual Homecoming festiv- ities of Pickstown High School began Thursday night October 7, with the presentation of skits by the classes andZ. musical num- bers by the sextet. The highlight of the evening came when Jim Herrold, student council presi- dent, crowned Sally Bromberg and Guy Rhoades as Queen and Marshall of the 1954 Homecom- ing. After the Coronation, a suc- cessful Snake Dance was held which ended at the late movie. Friday, the 8th, brought the day of the game with Lake Andes. At the halftime of the game the Queen, Marshall, and their at- tendants were presented to the spectators. With a record num- ber of alumni taking part, a very successful Homecoming was ended although our game was not quite so successful.
