The minimum standard of education for a high place in one of the great professions, in one of the larger business organizations, or in public life is a Bachelor's degree. The leader in any group must be a trained student, trained to observe, to read and to think. A college or university offers this training in the quickest way and at the smallest cost. The University of Western Ontario is a first grade institution devoted to higher education. It believes in Education for Efficiency. A faculty of Arts providing instruction for students in classes of limited size in all subjects taught by the Colleges. 2. The full advantages of Federation with the University, instruction by its Professors, qualification for its Scholarships and Degrees, with its Library, Laboratories and Athletic facilities and membership in Hart House. 3. A faculty of Divinity in which Trinity exercises its University powers of conferring degrees and prepares candidates for the ministry of the Church. 4. Residences under college regulation for men, Trinity House and for women students, St. Hilda's g also for members of the academic staff. 5. The New Residence for Women Students known as St. Hilda's will be opened in September 1938. 6. The Scholarships offered by the College have recently been revised and largely increased.
