Provisions are made for pupils to develop skills and abilities in the mathematics areas of geometry, and graphic representation and interpretation, elementary analysis, and scientific thinking. EVALUAT IVE CRITERIA and Scientific thinking has come to be the upper most important in today's World of Science. In a world dominated by the idea of getting to the moon and puttingasatellite into space, geometry, physics, and algebra are a way of life. Our mathematics department is made up of Mr. B. Gowin and Mr. R. Harrell. Miss F. Shyrock is in charge of all Junior High School courses.
