Harrell, Superintendent The Picher Public Schools have made great progress under the 11 year administration ofMr. Ray E. Harrell, Superintendent. It has been Mr.Harrell's desire to have an outstanding school system. Through his leadership and initiative this desire has been realized. Some ofthe milestones .of his administration are--a new Elementary School and cafeteria, band room, T Sc I Carpentry, and an athletic office and storage room. He was instrumental in obtaining the North Central Ac- creditation of the High Schools. Mr. Harrell has accepted with merit his community and civic re- sponsibilites.
