An Cpportuniry For Every Girl AN OPPORTUNITY for every girl to participate and enjoy an active student life is what our Girls' League offers, Enthusiastic airls with a purpose have pro- moted school friendship and standards in their usual high fashion. Central Council, quided by Dean lscah Matoer, directed the years zestful activities that brought enjoyment and happiness. These included Midniaht and Roses Ball, Every Girl's Dinner, MotherfDauahter Toa, and the Southern California-Arizona Convention. This years hiahliqht was the Convention. Phoenix Union with the assistance of the Arizona leaaue schools CENTRAL COUNCIL: Heh to rightl Castilla, Best, Giver, Nelson, M. liiinn, lloman, Gr-wil, Svliiiiwlitvr, Tana Galway Naka-iawa, anti liliinkensliip. Many months of careful planning resulted in one of the most success- ful conventions in Girls' Leaaue history. WHEN A GlRL is enrolled she becomes a member of the Girls' League. Little does she know of the traininq in leadership, experience of working with a bunch of wonderful qirls, and personal aain she may attain if she becomes an active member, but she learns!
