Physical Education for en and Women 1 Mr. Russell E. Goddard and Miss Laura Herron head the Physical Education Depart- ment. Phoenix College offers the first two years of a curriculum leading to a major in health or physcial education. Students who elect the course and then continued in a tour year college are then eligible for a Bachelor of Arts in Education degree with a major in physical education.
