STUDENT COUNCIL Row One: D. Dyer, P. Brown, A. Cardinali, M. Czirr, C. Arcadi, B. Stevens, V. North, C. Jamieson, J. Moyer, G. Casbara. Row Two M. Colbert, J. Lamie, K. Murtagh, C. Strough, I. Gordon, P. Henderson, N. Schmidt, J. Knickerbocker, M. Anderson, J. McGinley C. Serafini. Row Three: S. Sutton, J. Murtagh, K. Fenske, K. Fletcher, M. Richards, M. Riley, L. Smallman, J. DiSalvo, B. Fenara L. Forbes, E. Brown. Row Four: B. Dauer, B. Dick, J. Durr, A. Caltabiano, D. DenBleyker, D. Avery, C. Lewis, B. Clark, D. VanAuken C. Beattie, B. Clark. On the surface, Student Council appears to the students as a Monday meeting, mimeo- graphed minutes or an occasional activity. But beneath these things is the Council as it should be known-the voice of students, a forum for the student to present his side to the administrators, and a strong student coalition which is capable of doing much more than any single individual. To the world, our Council represents many things, like food and clothing to a small or- phan ofthe Orient, or a transistor radio to some G. l. in Vietnam, or even a little bit more to eat on Christmas day for some needy family through our toy and can good drive. To the faculty, Council represents a start towards accepting the responsibilities soon to be placed on us in the outside world, which is not really that far away now. Council works for you and with you!
