The Year Ends and So Does an Era Mrs. Princella S. Milligan Thus ends a yearg but more than that, an era. The year ends with change of faces on faculty: Because of the equidistant plan for schools - a plan which drew many of our staff out for integration into predominately ,white schools Because of the death of MR. DAVID BRADFORD Because of the retirement of MR. JAMES DEAN, MRS. PRINCELLA MILLIGAN, and MRS. HAZEL YOUNG. We will miss them all. Particularly will we miss Prince,,' who had served on our faculty since the school's first year of inception to the end of the 1969-70 school year. She was the last of the original Wheatley faculty.
