While under Dean Shirley's regime. The Science Building was consTrucTed in I949. Dr. England aTTencled Phillips Universify as a sTudenT and received his DocTors degree from Yale His goal has been for a greafer expansion of The Phillips graduaTe seminary as well as a larger undergraduaTe college.
