Last Wi Before the Showboat Pulls Out! A ml-1 ER our last performance, we of Showboat arc eager to help the up-and-coming troopers at P. H. S. by leaving them in our will some valuable possession . Starting things off, Margaret Horn leaves her flashing dark eyes anJ personality to Sylvia Kendricks, who really doesn't need them. Don Blanton leaves his height and good looks to Buddy Strickland, who can't use the height. To Carol Handley goes Jimmy Wasley's pretty blond hair. Gee, it's the same shade without benefit of the bottle. lirline Alpin wants little Celia Blackburn to have her height. Celia needs some! Joan Traywick leaves her knowledge of fashions to Lizzie Manasco. They’ probably wear the same size anyway. Patty Wilson gets the graceful walk of Joan Price. Carolyn Bobo bequeaths her R.O.T.C. uniforms to Cecilc McElroy and Doris Pugh, future sponsors! Maria Grammas transmits her abundant wit and big brown eyes to Eloise Hamrick and Jean Jackson. Glenda Hensly and Winifred Little leave their blond complexion? to Bob RusselL Zackic Doughty and Theron Montgomery. Ouch! They clash! Don't they? Skipper Dorricutt is the recipient of Kenneth Barrett’s slim figure and poetic-nature. (Am I kidding?) Beverly Phifer wills her desire to diet to Peg Fountain. (Notice I said desire, not need.) Whew, that was close! I:ay Disney and Marjorie Vann bequeath their ability to grow to the same height and stop, to Sue Thomson and Sue Boston. (Some mistake there.) Albert Stewart and Jacob Liegebcr leave their musical talents to Zeke Busby and Phil Timbcrlakc. My, My! Mary Jo Hubbard wills her ability to get along with anyone to Emily Thomson. Pin-Curls Julie Collum receives Anna House's curly, airly hair, even though it's not the same color. Jimmy Holcomb cheerfully leaves his guard position to Don Rucks. Lawrence Robinson bequeaths his toothpick figure to Francis Picker, who needs more. But that's not enough!

Carolyn Holston and Babs Brown w ill their dainty appearances to Jane Pilkinton, Carol Lundcjucst, and Imogene Scott. All of those with messy lockers at P. H. S. get the ability of Ann McGraw and Gertrude Hubbard to be neat. Don Little's dramatic abilities go to Sylvie Leslie, who does all right on iicr own. Doris Shelton’s quiet ways go to Marjie Edgcmon. Ernest Stevens leaves his ability to get along with teachers to Fats Lamar. William Hayes and Gerald Langston transmit their innocent faces to Graham Shanks. Jon Appleton, and Joe Ross. Judy Akin donates her calm manner in the face of disaster to Barbara Upton, who'll need it if she is ever connected with another senior play. Margaret Nell Addcrhold and Emalene Skelton will their sunny dispositions to Jane Mooty. Vance Sparks gets Jimmie Miles’ lilting smile. Ronnie Watson leaves his aloof manner to Paul Bates. Gosh! To Peggy Sue Hamby goes Gayle Rhea's coal black hair. Beanie Davidson and Robert Safferstone will their ability to stay in high school longer than anyone else to Ronny York, who may beat their records. Betty Sue Hubbard's sweetness of manner goes to Barbara Lewis. Not that it's necessary! To Johnny Lee Smith and Jerry Harrison goes James Houston's ability to be drafted. They will soon be old enough. James Bates and Robert Bell leave—well, they've already left. I guess that’s enough. Marion Rockett’s stately figure goes to tiny Peggy Ann Price. Now as the Showboat leaves the dock at P. H. S. and goes to unknown ports, we hope you will take these gifts and use them wisely. Jot Houston Eleanor K eseu etter
