bedication Charles B. Mills It is with gratitude and respect that we, the class of 1958, dedicate this Moun- taineer to Mr. Charles B. Mills. Upon graduating from the Philipsburg High School, Charlie attended the Shippensburg State Teachers College and the Pennsylvania State University where he obtained his degrees as Bachelor of Science and Master of Art. His teaching career began in the fall of 1951 at Philipsburg. Charlie is now the teacher of Typing I and Il, Oiiiice Practice, and Business Arithmetic. He is an advisor to the annual and is responsible for most of the commercial work handled by the school. Due to his willingness and co-operation, Mr. Mills has become well known and well liked by the members of the student body. For all this help and uncler- standing, we want to thank him and wish him happiness and continued success in his teaching career. 4
