You have been a member of our hospital staff for the past three years, and in this time have served faithfully toward the betterment of mankind. Your ready wit and sense of humor have helped to make our training period more enjoyable, and we wish to thank you for the many times you have offered your assistance to us in trying situations. We'll always remember your hours of classroom in- structions, and your kindness, patience, and understanding not only to those under your care but also to the students.
