In addition to a student's academic evaluation, the president, the faculty, and staff consider what each student may become if given a fair chance for growth and development. We believe higher education is the master key to economic empowerment and personal fulfillment in a democratic society. Higher education will bridge the gap between what a student is and what he is capable of becoming. drama, ' To on the To Presidential Staff Walter R.PHagZrd f8Sl fll Mrs. Alexina Hazzard Receptionist-Clerk Miss Annie Winkler Part-time Stenographer
