SGA SECRETARY AND INTERACTION COORDINATOR The duties of the SGA Secretary in- clude talsing the minutes at all assembly meetings, preparing and distributing them to the assembly, talsing roll call and handling all SGA correspondence, The Secretary also talses minutes of all Executive Board meetings and sends notification of loss of recognition to clubs and organizations when necessary, Through my office l have made many friendships with other students, faculty and administrators, There peof ple have helped me grovv to better face challenges and problems and gain new respect for people of differing opin- ions. The lnteraction Coordinator helps maintain communication and smooth programming among all clubs and or- ganizations. All SGA sponsored events to be scheduled are channelled through the lnteraction Coordinator, encourag- ing cooperation and participation on campus
