The All-Stor Teom wos chosen to represent Tex- tile ot the Region lll ACU-1 College Bowl Chompion- ship held Februory o, 1982 ot Williom Poterson Jr. College in Woyne, NJ. Textile's teom competed ogoinst the lil-:es of Temple, Princeton, Villonovo, ond LoSolle. After o good showing, they were defeoted but mointoin high hopes for '88 Sitting: Morio Gressong, College Bowl Coordinotor, Lucos Costejon, Judy Postore, Stonding: Edword Thomos, Chorles Zuclsermon. Something new that we tried was our first ever fall trip to Avtex Fibers in Front Royal Virginia. We also visited some of J.P. Stevens and Co. lnc.'s mills in North Carolina, this spring. We continued our Boy and Girl Scout Merit Badge Program, Campus Tour Program, Student Recruitment Program, and our Speaker Program with great success.
