WTEX is a radio station conceived by students, and built by students with the financial aid of the Audio Visual Dept. The station itself was designed by Station Man- a er Fred Pinkus and built by Fred, Program F3 Director Bruce Shuster and Chief Engineer Mt- chael McKenzie, along with the assistance of ev- ery member ofthe station. The system is a fairly simple one, but the goal WTEX has of trying to improve communications on campus is by no means simple.
