Who's Who Among Students in American Universities 81 Colleges This year, for the first time on Tex- tile's campus, Who's Who among students in American Universities and Colleges, a national publication, en- tered among its pages twenty-three of Textile's students. These students were chosen by the major student leaders for their outstanding traits expounding in academic prose and extracurricular activities. Lochetto Blue Key This school year saw the inception of a national honorary leadership fra- ternity on the campus of Philadel- phia College of Textiles and Sci- ence. Blue Key, which is the largest national leadership fraternity, became an active honorary fraternity chapter on our campus. The charter members of the chapter felt Textile needed a leadership organization such as this for two reasons: First, To organize the best student leaders and bring them under one central organization. With this accomplished, it is felt that these members will be able to discuss the problems of leadership on our campus and then project qualified examples of outstanding leadership to the student body. Sec- ond, To give recognition to those male students who exemplify out- standing leadership. New members will be elected by the present mem- bers from males of the junior and senior classes. Blue Key is thus set up to benefit the individual with leadership qual- ities and the college, which will benefit from the efforts of these in- dividuals. FOUNDERS OF BLUE KEY David A.
