FRONT: Jim Nicho- loau, Jaime Simon, Eli Dau, Dave Siegel, Henry Gutner, Jim Miller, Claude Shelton, Eva Smayo, Linda Linehan, Joan Schwachman, Emily Bau- international club The International Club of the Philadelphia College of Tex- tiles and Science, formed in 1949, is an active organization of International Students who recognize the need for a closer understanding between the people of different coun- tries and cultural backgrounds. The basic aim of the club is to promote friendship and a better understanding between Americans and students from other lands. Through talks, films, informal discussions, nationality shows, social activi- ties, and field trips, members gain a broad outlook of the contemporary world. The club also seeks to assist the for- eign student in his adaptation to college life in this country, it provides him an opportunity to become introduced to extracurricular activities and express his leadership abili- ties. Highlights of the last year's activities include: field trips to Boston and the United Nations Headquarters in New Yorkg participation in Intramural sports and championships in volleyball and soccerg programs about many subjects of international valueg initiation of a nation-wide survey about the administration policies towards foreign students, and efforts toward improvement of existing policies in our col- lege, and the Annual Dinner-Dance Banquet. hof, Irene Chang, Audrey Bernheimer, Shala Motomadi, Ken Ko, Maurice Noguera, Jay Snyderman, Mahmood Kassaln, Sam Goldman, Steve Magni, Ed Shih, Sylvia Gorecki, Tadesse Wolede, Arlene Levin, George Hartmann, Peter Dabal, Frank Ko, Kurt Miller.

christian science organization STANDING: James Sargent, Jay Miller. SITTING: Mr. Price 81 Mr. Williams, Advisors. The Christian Science Or- ganization was formed in 1963 by Christian Scientists on campus. It holds weekly meetings, at which there are readings from the Bible and from Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy, after which testimonies, experi- ences and comments are shared with members and interested guests. These meetings are open to the student body, and all are cordially invited to attend.
