In the two short years of our association with you we have shared in your work and your pleasures and it is with a feeling of pride mingled with regret that we see you depart. Your presence and encouragement has been of inestimable value in assisting us through the difficulties which arise at times in everyone ' s life. But now you are starting out on your own after the thorough and at times arduous preparation of the past three years. The friendship and admiration of those with whom you have worked goes with you. Having worked with you and been guided by you for the past year, which has been a most pleasant one, we hope we will be able to uphold the standards which you have set forth.
