Thomas I III. fKowland, Ar. Registrar Mr. Rowland has been the college Registrar since May, 1950. hie is a graduate of Temple Uni- versity, where he earned his B.S. degree. Prior to becoming the Registrar here, he worked in the Registrar ' s Office at Temple University and also was associated with the Insurance Company of North America. As the Registrar of the Philadelphia Col- lege of Osteopathy, he has frequently given freely of his evening and weekend time to curricular and extra-curricular interests of the college. His forth- right honesty and sincere understanding uniquely equip him for his sometimes trying task as college Registrar. 22
