PhilaBll The plaee where we were to live and study for three years. We were met lay a strange huilding and the strange faces of many people whom we had never seen before. But upon all these faces there was a smile that helped us feel right at home as we hrought in our suitcases and trunks. After our parents left and we went to our room to start to unpack, we were again struck hy our feeling of loneliness and lostness, VJC hreathecl a prayer and were over' joyed when the answer came almost immediately in a friendly l'li! of our new roommate or neighlaor as he stumbled over and around trunks and hoxes to shake our hand and to help us, The next few days were filled with orientation, addresses and hymn sings. Uh, what singing! Qne could not hear himself for the zest of it all! Soon classes hegan. Gur teachers were really inspiring and pictures of Christ. Chapel hour truly was. as Dr. Nlierop said, Man oasis in the middle of the morning. Blessings were heing heaped upon us already. Vv'e hegan to thank the Lord. Now we wait on Him for many more during the years to come as we yield ourselves unto God . . . Fortytwo . , ff .f-WW
